Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us!

My Ritzy gold plated jewelry comes with an unconditional lifetime guarantee. If for any reason our jewelry loses its wonderful luster or the color fade, simply send the item back to the address on the shipping label for a replacement or repair. 

Please note: Inappropriate or incorrect use and care of My Ritzy jewelry can affect the distribution of a lifetime warranty. Please read the Guide about how to take care of Your Ritzy jewelry here.


Simply steps to Follow:

1. Prior to returning your item(s), please email us your order number in order to obtain a Return Request Form to complete.


2.  Complete the Return Request Form and include a copy of your invoice along with the product(s). Ship back to us using a carrier of your choice. Be sure to include your order number, name, email address, mailing address and phone number in case we need to contact you. We recommend using an insured and traceable delivery method. MyRitzy is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.


3.  Please address your return package to:

4. Shipping cost on the buyer own expense. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exception. If you received the wrong item, defective, damaged or not as described we will cover the shipping cost. Your return is on us. 


5.  Your return or exchange request will be processed promptly.

  • Most returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

  • Most exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt and are shipped via Standard Service. Transit time for exchange packages is usually 5-7 business days from the time the exchange is shipped. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once received we will send an email confirming the receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.


6.  We will refund the original form of payment to the original purchaser within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your return. We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping charges.
